1、住宿费用
住房是生活费的大笔开支，法国留学生大部分会选择学校宿舍，还有一部分会选择在外租房，此外还有很少一部分会选择寄宿家庭。
能够申请到学校的宿舍，是大部分留学生的愿望，法国的留学生宿舍环境好、设施全，而且安全系数也较高，最重要的是价格便宜，一般大学宿舍每月的房租都在110-150欧(折合人民币870-1190)之间。
但是法国的学生宿舍数量是远远少于学生数量的，所以还是有相当一部分的学生申请不到宿舍，那么就只能选择租房了。租房的学生大部分都会选择合租，这样的经济压力会小一些，住宿费用的多少主要在于地区的差异，在巴黎，每月租金在400-600欧(折合人民币3200-4700)之间，而在外省，同样的房子每月只需200-350欧(折合人民币1600-2800)之间。不过法国对学生租房有补助，租金越贵，补助越多。
还有一部分家庭条件比较拮据的学生，承担不起学校宿舍和校外租房的费用，就会通过相关部门寻找寄宿家庭，这类寄宿家庭往往是子女离家只剩下孤寡老人，和他们住在一起可以通过打扫家务、修剪草坪或者做饭等来抵消房租。
2、吃饭费用

一、瑞士留学申请条件
1、学历的条件：想就读于瑞士的公立大学必须满足每一所大学自身规定的学历条件;
2、语言的条件：瑞士留学申请人必须要参加瑞士公立大学举行的德语以及法语语言的考试。这种考试瑞士允许学生到达瑞士以后进行，考试的方式主要就是一个教授跟你谈话。如果成绩不好，还有机会学习，半年后再考一次也是允许的，通过考试的学生，就有机会进入公立大学入读。
3、经济的条件：外国留学生的学费会略高于瑞士本国学生。至于生活费方面则因人而异，不能一概而论，但每年最少也需要2万瑞士法郎，约合人民币12万元左右。
二、瑞士留学申请语言要求
1、英语
英语授课的学校和专业的数量是最多的，大家可以选择的内容也比较多，如果大家有着比较好的英语基础，或者不准备多学一门新语言，建议还是选择英语授课的专业。
目前比较的考试，分别雅思和托福，目前进入瑞士的大学，本科生需要满足6.0或者550分的要求;硕士生需要满足6.5或者600分的要求。
2、德语

3、法语
瑞士还存在着一些采用法语授课的专业的学校，想要进入就必须要出示合格的法语成绩，同样也需要参加标准化的考试，是由法国的文化协会举办的考试。
考试也分为六个等级，考核的方式和德语考核差不多，入学也至少要满足B2或者C1的水平，而且入学的时候，还必须要接受学校的测试，测试结果要符合本人出示的成绩单。
4、意大利语
最后就是意大利语，目前单一的意大利语授课课程并不多见，它大部分的情况下，是作为双语授课课程中的一种语言而存在的，是大家可以选修的语言。
