五种植物蛋白源替代鱼粉对花鲈血清生化指标、转氨酶活性及抗氧化应激参数的影响

摘要:选用480尾体重为(9.69±0.15) g的花鲈(Lateolabrax japonicus)随机分成6组,分别投喂含40%鱼粉的基础饲料(鱼粉组)和用23.30%豆粕、22.40%花生粕、23.82%棉粕、27.77%菜子粕、38.98%玉米DDGS蛋白替代16%鱼粉的5种替代饲料(替代组),饲养28 d后测定血清生化指标、转氨酶活性和抗氧化应激参数。结果表明,各替代组血清中血糖(GLU)、尿素氮(UN)和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)水平与鱼粉组相比差异不显著(P>0.05)。DDGS组血清总蛋白(TP)含量显著低于鱼粉组(P<0.05),血清胆固醇(CHO)和甘油三酯(TG)含量显著高于豆粕、花生粕、棉粕和菜子粕组(P<0.05)。与鱼粉组相比,各替代组血清谷草转氨酶(AST)活性无显著性差异(P>0.05),花生粕、棉粕、菜子粕和DDGS组血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)活性显著降低(P<0.05)。各组血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性和总抗氧化能力(T-AOC)无显著性差异(P>0.05),菜子粕和DDGS组血清过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性显著低于鱼粉组(P<0.05),菜子粕组血清羟自由基和丙二醛(MDA)含量显著高于鱼粉组(P<0.05)。当蛋白替代16%鱼粉时,豆粕对花鲈血清生化指标、转氨酶活性及抗氧化参数的影响最小,是替代鱼粉的适宜植物蛋白源。

Effects of Partial Replacement of Fish Meal by Five Plant Proteins on Serum Biochemical Indices,Aminotransferase Activities and Anti-oxidant

Abstract:A feeding experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of partial replacement of fish meal by five plant proteins on serum biochemical indices, aminotransferase activities and anti-oxidant parameters of Japanese seabass (Lateolabrax japonicus). Four hundred and eighty juvenile fish with an initial weight of (9.69±0.15) g were randomly divided into 6 groups and fed respectively six isonitrogenous and isoenergetic diets. The basic diet contained 40% fish meal and five test diets were prepared with 16% fish meal replacement by 23.30% soybean meal, 22.40% peanut meal, 23.82% cottonseed meal, 27.77% rapeseed meal and 38.98% corn-DDGS. The feeding experiment lasted for 28 days. The results showed that there were no significant differences in serum glucose (GLU), urea nitrogen (UN) and low density lipoprotein (LDL-C) content among all groups (P>0.05). Serum total protein content in DDGS group was significantly lower than that in fish meal group (P<0.05), while serum cholesterol (CHO) and triglyceride(TG) contents were significantly higher than those in soybean meal, peanut meal, cottonseed meal and rapeseed meal groups(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in serum aspartate aminotransferase (AST) activity between replacement groups and fish meal group (P>0.05). Compared with fish meal group, serum alanine aminotransferase (ALT) activities in peanut meal,cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal and DDGS groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05). No significant differences were found among all groups in serum superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity and total antioxidant capacity (T-AOC) (P>0.05). Compared with fish meal group, serum catalase activity in rapeseed meal and DDGS groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), while serum hydroxyl free radical and malondialdehyde (MDA) content in rapeseed meal group were significantly increased (P<0.05). The results indicated that in the case of partial replacement of fish meal by plant protein, soybean meal showed lesser effects on serum biochemical indices, aminotransferase activities and anti-oxidant parameters of juvenile Japanese seabass and could be the optimum alternative fish meal plant protein source for Japanese seabass.
