  Tonight I watched the moviefor the third time. I really enjoy this film so much.

  So what's your choice between being a common person or a hero with people's respects? Most people will choose the latter. But what will be your choice if the cost is laying your lover among the risks? What will it be if the cost is you can never tell the girl, who you love so much, that you love her? The spider man had this contradiction. But finally he still chose the latter, not in order to be a hero, but to make this word peaceful.

  I was so moved by the words the Aunt Mary said:

  You will never guess what he wants to be, the spider man. He knows the hero when he sees one, too a few characters out there, flying all around out there, saving old girls like me. Lord knows kids like Henry need hero courageous, sacrificing for people, setting examples for all of us. Everybody loves a hero. People enthrone them, cheer them, scream their names and years later they will tell how they stood in the rain for hours just to get a glimpse the one who taught them to hold on to stand longer. I believe there is a hero in all of us. They keep us be honest, give us strength, make us noble, and finally allow us to die with proud. Ever though sometimes we have to initiatively give up the thing we want most, even our dreams. Spider man did that for Henry, so he wants to know where he is gone. He needs him.

  “animals deserve our kindness, sympathy and understanding,” that is what anna sewell-the author of black beauty-wanted to convince her readers. thanks to sewell, i now think about the animal-human relationship from both the human and the animal’s point of view.

  the inspiration for anna sewell’s novel was drawn from her own relationship with horses. anna sewell was born on march 20th, 1820 in norfolk, england and was crippled while still very young. due to her disability, she relied on horse-drawn carriages and grew to love horses as a result. she also became appalled by the careless and cruel treatment horses often received from humans and determined to write a book.. in the second year of work on the book, she was told that she had only eighteen months to live, but she persevered in order “to induce kindness, sympathy and an understanding [of the ] treatment of horses.” five years later, she was still working on black beauty, her only book. unfortunately, sewell died a few months after publication and never learned of the book’s huge success. black beauty formed an impassioned plea for animal rights at a time when such a notion had been dismissed as ridiculous.

  the novel portrayed the real condition of working horses living in britain during the victorian era. in that time period, the wealthy thought that their horses were treated well because they never stepped into the stable. in order to call people’s attention to horses’ hard life, sewell tells the story through the first-person narrative voice of a horse. this innovative personification of an animal made the book a real success. readers heard the stories straight from the horse’s mouth, literally, as an animal spoke of extremes of joy and suffering. people were shocked by the truth exposed by the novel and changed their attitudes towards animals.

  多读书,为自己充电,补充能源。首先按照学校安排,根据自己的学科特点,认真阅读了《英语课程标准》。

  翻开目录,这本书从课程性质到课程基本理念,再到课程设计思路,还有课程目标,分级标准,实施建议,更有一些与学科相关的附录内容,供我们学习和参考。从宏观到具体,很详细的为我们做了介绍。

  总所周知,英语是全球使用最广泛的语言之一,是国际交往和科技、文化交流的重要工具。所以我国为提高整体国民素质,从义务教育阶段开设英语课。

  根据书中所讲,义务教育阶段英语课程的总目标是:通过英语学习使学生形成初步的综合语言运用能力,促进心智发展,提高综合人文素养。书中多次提到“综合语言运用能力”,通过读这本书,我了解到,综合语言运用能力要建立在语言技能、语言知识、情感态度、学习策略和文化意识等方面。

  针对以上五个方面,我仔细反思了我的日常教学,我认为我在*时英语教学中,重视了对语言,技能的培养,即:听、说、读、写。在教学实际中,我们经常通过“我说英语,你说汉语”、“你说英语,我说汉语”以及“大小声”、“看口型”等游戏练习环节,锻炼和培养孩子的听、说能力。又经常开火车、排排读、列列读、个别读、齐读等方式培养学生的读的能力。写的方面除了通过抄写单词和句子之外,还有课前5分钟听写环节,锻炼孩子的书写能力。

  对于语言知识方面,也在教学设计中,设计了许多环节渗透了语音、词汇、语法、功能、话题等内容。三四年级重点培养了学生的语音和词汇能力,四五年级开始涉及语法、功能和话题能力的培养。而对于文化意识、情感态度和学习策略,重视与实施较少,因为每周课时较短,因此受到了一定的限制。

  因此,我们要在以后的教学过程中,注意协调这五个方面,除了继续重视语言技能和语言知识的培养,但是也要继续创新和强化,还要多加设计文化意识、情感态度、学习策略的环节,例如,可以通过让学生搜集一些关于外国文化的知识,对比国内的传统文化,这样既可以拓展学生的文化知识,以及对文化的理解,还可以激发他们的兴趣,发展合作交流讨论的能力,更可以培养爱国意识和拓宽国际视野。

  作为一个小学教英语教师,我深深感受到自己需要学习的知识和经验还很多很多。教学的期刊,书籍有很多,而且众说纷纭。但是,所有的实践和经验都要在课程标准的指导之下。正好这学期我所读的本学科书目是《小学英语课程标准》好好学习了一下新课程标准,我有以下几点体会:

  一、更加面向全体学生

  面向全体学生,注重素质教育是国家义务教育阶段的基本要求,教师面对的不仅是一个个学生的个体,而是群体。每个学生的智力水*和情感因素又各不相同,教师的教学理念、教学目标和教学内容的设计和实施都必须面向全体学生。不能跟着学习最快的学生的节奏,而是综合考虑到全班学生的学习水*。

  二、要创设自主、合作、探究的学习方式

  《英语课程标准》提出:“让学生在教师的指导下,通过感知、体验、实践、参与、合作等方式,实现教学目标,感受成功。”它所强调的是教学过程是师生交往、共同发展互动过程。教师在教授学生英语知识的同时,更加需要培养的是是学生自主学习的能力,要让学生能够学会独立学习。教学,教的不是知识,而是教学生会学习,并使其过程更多地成为学生发现问题、提出问题、分析问题和解决问题的过程。

  三、更加以学生为主体的情境教学方式

  在小学英语教学中,兴趣、情境、活动是三个非常重要的因素。兴趣是学习英语的动力,活动是提高小学生英语运用能力的主要途径。教师要保持学生学习的兴趣,就必须精神设计教学活动,并使活动情境化。设计和组织教学活动是一项创造性的劳动,有了情境,各种活动就有了依托,活动就会生活化、趣味化和真实化。

  四、培养学生的综合能力,三维要求为一体

  教师传授英语的过程,是学生增长知识、掌握技能、学习文化、提高语言运用能力的过程,也是他们丰富情感、陶冶情操、展开联想、进行创造性思维的过程。因此在课堂上要培养学生的创新精神和实践能力;抓好语言技能训练,促进学生综合语言运用能力的发展;培养学生的观察、思维及想象力;注重营造生动的理念,活泼的课堂。

  五、要有多样化的教学评价方式

  教学评价是教学活动不可或缺的一个组成部分。评价主要是为了了解学生的学习发展,检查英语教学是否达到教学目标,揭示英语教学过程的价值和效果,进一步调整和改进教学方法,促进每一个学生的发展,提高教学质量。在倡导发展性评价的同时,我们要充分体现在教学评价中的人文性、过程性、开放性、激励性和多元性。

  小学英语应符合儿童生理和心理发展的实际,通过听、说、认、读、唱歌、游戏、表演、画画等活动,激发和培养学生对英语学习的兴趣和对语言的敏感性,使学生养成良好的语言学习习惯,初步形成较好的语音、语调基础,并使其具备用所学英语进行简单交际的初级能力。同时在教学过程中,努力开发学生的学习智力,发展他们的思维能力、想象能力和创造能力,为学生进一步的英语学习打好基础。

  二、在教学时,要重兴趣、成就感、自信心的培养

  从事教师工作已有两年余,这期间在收获的同事,也依然在不断学习。今年利用暑假时间读了《小学英语教与学》这本教育丛书,读完以后,受益良多。其中有一句*的谚语“授人以鱼,不如授人以渔”和美国的民谚“Give a hungry man a fish and you will feed him for a day。 Teach him how to fish and he will feed himself for a lifetime。”这就是书中所说的“教会学生学习,建构自主学法”,这对英语学习很有帮助。

  古人说“授人以鱼,不如授人以渔”,让学生主动参与教学活动,对学生学习成长有很大影响。学会自主学习,会使学生受益终身。

  书中提到一开始就要教学生怎样预习,要听录音、查单词、要找问题、在课本上可以勾勾画画。同时让学生对比、体验,没有课前预习的课与经过课前预习的课学起来有什么不同,让大家进行讨论,使其认识到经过预习听课,课上是主动参与教学活动的;未经预习听课,课上是被动接受老师的教学活动的。

  这一部分,我认为对学生是非常重要的,我觉得小学英语预习要做到让学生初读课文,能够按照学期初始教师发放的各单元重点将四会单词、三会单词用不同颜色笔标注在课文当中,另外用铅笔划出自己不理解的地方,课上进行提问,带着问题听课,比较有针对性。下面从语音、词汇等方面说一说如何教授学生学习方法。

  一、语音教学

  北京版小学英语新教材在每单元第4课时Now I know the sound部分都是语音学习,对于语音部分,学生要注意不断的归纳总结,教师要教会学生如何进行归纳总结,将字母不同的发音用大括号分别列出来,并将发音相同的单词写在同一横行当中,并总结归纳容易混淆的字母发音及对应的单词。

  语音教学对小学生而言主要是多听多读,不要求学生掌握音标,只要求学生能够根据发音规则判断出一组单词发音是否相同。

  在*时的教学中,我除了运用教材配套的chant 和sing,还采用了将语音规则融在字母单词教学之中的方式。在教学生如何记单词的过程中,有意识的提醒学生根据字母及字母发音规则归纳总结记忆单词。比如:farmer一词,教学生先记住字母组合ar发音,再记住far,再记住farmer一词发音及拼写。

  (一)字母的名称音和音素

  在学习字母时,用rhyme(aaa,a is for apple,aaa。bbb,b is for boy, bbb。ccc,c is for cat。ddd,d is for dog……)教会学生学习并掌握字母发音。

  (二)元音字母开、闭音节的读音规则

  在学生学习语言的初期,接触到的单词大部分是符合语音规则的开、闭音节词。通过引导学生观察单词cake、face、kite、bike、joke、nose、home等词让学生发现共同特点:末尾三个字母是以元音字母+辅音字母+不发音的e组成,则元音字母发字母本身音。

  而cat、map、cap、leg、bed、six、milk、hot、but等词不符合元辅e结尾规律,故元音字母发短音。

  在教学中不断鼓励学生注意归纳总结单词,不断积累发现单词发音。按照发音规则试读没有学过但完全符合发音规则的单词,提升学生对字母发音的感知。

  (三)学习字母组合

  在*时教学中渗透元音、辅音字母组合的读音规则。不断地归纳总结字母及字母组合发音规则,将考试中容易放到一起混淆的字母发音也呈现给学生,并帮助他们进行区分学习、区分练习。

  (四)学会拼读、直呼方法

  充分利用网络资源,自然拼读法,培养学生逐步掌握“听音能写”的语音拼读、直呼技能。如bank一词,在讲课中我会按a—an—ank—bank的逐步递进的方式呈现单词拼写。

  这几个月的教师工作,只刚刚是一个开始,在今后的教学生活中,我要学习的还有很多,离梦想越来越近的感觉是很幸福的,之前再多的波折都是值得的。梦想照进现实,就要倍加珍惜,努力提高自己,不断前行!

  二、词汇教学

  词汇学习与记忆对于小学生来说,一直可能是个难题。因为小学生相对比较好动,且对单词重视度不够。需多加巩固、复习、练习、听写等手段、方法,使学生掌握单词,记忆单词有很大帮助。

  (一)从听说开始,反复记忆。

  艾宾浩斯记忆曲线是由德国心理学家艾宾浩斯于1885年发表的实验报告中提出的关于记忆方面的研究成果。我浅显直白的理解就是想要记住一个单词,就是需要反复的记忆,多读多看它几遍,一天见了没记住,十天见了总该记住了所以在新授单词方面,我采取了循序渐进,多读多见的方式。当天学完词后,留写词作业,写词之后的第二节课要先带领学生复习单词,然后马上听写,之后其他几个本单元课时上课之前采用提问单词拼写、听写、闪卡等不同的方式让学生能够反复复现所学单词,使学生能够遵循艾宾浩斯记忆曲线的记忆每单元所学的新单词。

  (二)游戏学习法。

  采取单词竞赛、单词接龙、单词树等各种不同的游戏引导学生记忆单词,在玩中学,在玩中记忆单词。

  (三)直观教授单词法。

  用图片展示单词意思,图片直观好记。配合着进行Flashcard游戏,不同位置高低读单词声音大小不同,不同方向读单词的学生组别不同,充分调动学生参与到单词的学习中去。

  单词是英语学习的基础,让学生学会背记单词的方法,学会利用已知和上下文内容猜测新单词含义,才能更有助于英语学习,词成句,句成段,段成章。在今后的教学中还会不断地探究方式方法,在日常教学中渗透方法,逐步培养学生自主学习的能力。

  回顾几年来的教学之路,心中充满了许多感慨和无奈,一方面想尽己之所能,教好学生,不留遗憾;一方面却不能摆脱来自分数至上的压力。如何*衡这现实的矛盾,着实令人费周章,看了《小学英语教与学》之后,似乎找到了一些解决的方法。

  一、教师必须明确小学英语的教学目的和基本要求

  小学英语应符合儿童生理和心理发展的实际,通过听、说、认、读、唱歌、游戏、表演、画画等活动,激发和培养学生对英语学习的兴趣和对语言的敏感性,使学生养成良好的语言学习习惯,初步形成较好的语音、语调基础,并使其具备用所学英语进行简单交际的初级能力。同时在教学过程中,努力开发学生的学习智力,发展他们的思维能力、想象能力和创造能力,为学生进一步的英语学习打好基础。

  二、在教学时,要重兴趣、成就感、自信心的培养

  托尔斯泰说过:“成功的教学所需要的不是强制,而是激发学生的兴趣。”小学英语教学应采取一切可用的方法,激发学生对英语学习的强烈愿望,使他们爱学、乐学,而学习兴趣的保持又在很大程度上取决于学习的效果,取决于他们能否获得成就感,能否树立自信心。因此,教师要对学生多做激励,使学生体验到成功的喜悦,并逐步树立他们的学习信心。

  三、课堂教学,实际生活密切相关

  《英语课程标准》要求教师“创造性地设计贴近学生实际的教学活动”,吸引和组织他们积极参与,要能够使学生获取处理和使用信息、用英语与他人交流,用英语解决实际能力。只有接近生活的,真实的,复杂的活动才能整合多重的内容和技能。这将有助于学生用真实的方式来应用所学的知识。课堂教学向课外体验延伸,教师可设立交际任务。把课内的虚拟情景放到课外的真实体验中,以分组合作的形式,安排学生按英文购物单到超市完成采购任务,使学生充分体验英语交际所带来的成功感。

  总之,书中阐述了很多教与学的方法,我觉得对于我的英语教学来说是非常有益的,在以后的生活中应该多多阅读与参考此类书籍。

Later he was a bishop of the role of good from evil to change names at work; finally when the mayor, became a millionaire after he set up welfare assistance, happy in doing good, but the law is sentenced to widows and orphans; abuse of innocent, he decided on the court in order not to admit his true name, and to help the orphans and escape the law talons. However, laws can not be him, not even his social, he worked with the children would misunderstand him, he has already to save, but in the end the loneliness to death, this is the typical tragic tragic world.

  After reading the book, I feel that Mr. Hugo through the works to reveal the poor peoples tragic fate and expose the darkness of capitalism.
